The NDIS is a government program that funds supports and services for Australians with disability. It helps people achieve their goals and increase independence.
-
The NDIA (National Disability Insurance Agency) is the organisation that manages and delivers the NDIS. They oversee planning, budgets, and funding for participants.
-
Eligibility is determined by the NDIA based on your age, residency, and disability-related needs. Visit the NDIS website or speak with us, and we can help you figure it out.
-
The NDIA may ask you to provide reports or meet with a planner to assess your needs and goals. We can help you prepare for this process.

We use a detailed intake process to understand your personality, interests, and goals. We then match you with a worker or mentor who shares your interests and style to create a natural fit. See more information here.
-
Our services are billed in line with the NDIS Price Guide. If you’re self-managed, plan-managed, or a private participant we can work with you. We’ll discuss any costs upfront before services begin.
